UPDATE 28/04/25
We are still overloaded with support for sites needing assistance due to the Satellite change.
We are now mainly supporting those who have used Set Top Boxes and other methods for headends, as we have always promoted using a dedicated headend this would give you the best way to manage a MATV system. – Anyway we are now supporting those who didn’t install a headend solution.
The best note for this update is to remember that the new Satellite is 100% DVBS2 – so old DVB S receivers will not work and need to be replaced, If you would like more information on our headends – <CLICK HERE>
UPDATE: 15/04/25
We’re pleased to report that the satellite transition has been a resounding success across Triax systems – including TDX, TDH800, TDcH, and TDmH headends.
Thanks to our proactive support for commercial clients, many sites had their services fully restored before 7:30 AM this morning.
A special thank you to Sky TV and Triax for their collaboration and technical support throughout this large-scale migration.
Hundreds of hotels across New Zealand were updated within just two hours – a testament to the reliability and performance of Triax headends.
If you’re a hotel operator or contractor interested in learning more about the capabilities of Triax headend systems, feel free to contact us — we’d be happy to help.
